Position Summary
Based in Cedar Rapids, IA, the Director of SAP Supply Chain & Services will be responsible for leading all strategic enterprise solution delivery in support of Rockwell Collins's manufacturing, operations, and integrated supply chain business operations. The Director will partner and work closely with Rockwell Collin's business operating leadership to understand the business strategy and to lead the effective delivery of solutions of that strategy with IT technology. The ERP application supporting the business is SAP.
The Director will be responsible for leading a 50 person team made up of leaders, solution architects, SAP functional and technical specialists, along with on/offshore SAP integration support solution partners. The Director will manage an application portfolio budget approximating $8 million annually.
The Director is expected to proactively engage and partner with the Rockwell Collin's Senior Leadership Team to provide strategic direction and counsel for both IT and business resources. This will include serving as a consultant to the business at the most senior level relative to business and operations process development, process redesign, IT strategic planning, business case and capital funding processes, change management and program management and delivery. The Director will be responsible for strategic solution delivery and business results.
To support the growing business, the Director will need to grow his/her team by recruiting more business focused; flexible and innovative IT professionals that not only embrace but also help drive change.
The Director is expected to participate and lead innovation in IT technology and solution delivery, and determine best application for new technologies and platforms to accelerate the velocity of change, create market competitive advantage, and enable strategic growth.

Network Manager
Under the leadership of the Director, Networks & Mobility, the Network Manager will have corporate-wide responsibility for all data, voice, and video communications systems. The Network Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and organizing the efforts of the network design team and for management of all network hardware and software resources. The Network Manager is responsible for ensuring the network is available to support our 24x7 business environment. The key success criteria will be to balance the implementation of a proactive and reliable network with the flexibility required to support an internationally collaborative work force. The candidate must be able to translate IT risk to business risk and communicate plans in terms of corporate financial impact.
Candidates for this position must have both strong technical and leadership expertise in order meet the senior leadership's expectations. A combination of a technical undergraduate degree and MBA is preferred.

• Enhance and maintain Linux operating system. Be responsible for Linux and Android software on mobile chips.
